Accel counselors are HUD-approved experts who assist first-time home buyers, those who are behind on payments, or members who are considering home equity products or mortgage loans.
Accel services include:
- First-time home buyers’ education
- Mortgage default and delinquency counseling
- Home equity loan counseling
- Reverse mortgage counseling
- Foreclosure prevention counseling
- Understanding tenant rights
Those identified as potential loan customers are referred back to your credit union for appropriate products and services.
